If you do not receive your package 24 hours after the expected arrival date (which may either cause by loss, theft or damage), let us know right away and we will file a complain to the delivery agency in charge. As soon as the complain is filed, they (delivery agency) will conduct an investigation (which can take up to 3 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will deliver to your address straight away maximum 24 hours. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a reshipment package free. NOTE that we do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues.
